- Soak Dal 3 to 4 hour.Vegetables cut one by one and wash in clean water.

- Add Dal and chopped vegetables in pressure cooker with salt. After 4 to 5 whistles off the flame.Add ready masala and cook for 15 to 20 mint. Sambhar is ready to serve with idli and dosa.
