- Take cottage cheese,coriander leaves & maida mix it well.First roll the small ball into small puri.Than take one big ball roll it little big, Stuff the cheese stuffing.
- Cover it with small puri.round it makes ball &again roll it as bhatura size.
- Deep-fry the bhatura.serve with chhole& achar.
