- Heat oil 50-75 ml in a cooker, add jeera 2 teaspoons, ajwain 1/2 teaspoon, 4-5 green cardamoms, 6-7 cloves, 1 piece cinnamon stick. - Splutter all dry spices, add garlic and ginger. Fry well, then add onions, tomatoes and chillies. Fry till brown, put in chicken masala 2 teaspoons, degi mirch one teaspoon, and salt to taste, mix gently.
- In this well cooked masala, add the marinaded chicken. - On high flame roast this for 5-7 minutes. - Put on steam and after two whistles, turn off and let it rest for fifteen minutes. - Reheat and adjust seasoning, before serving with FulkaZ.
