- Take a mixing bowl add diced carrot, chopped green chilli, red chillies, diced mango.
- Now add salt, split mustard dal to the mango carrot Chillies.
- Along with onion seeds, whole coriandor, Turmeric Powder.
- Now squeeze lemon juice and add chopped lemon. Mix it all.
- Now put a small pan on low flame add oil and asafoetida, make it hot and pour to the pickle.
- Mix it all well and close lid. Keep a side for over night and then use as a sider with lunch, Dinner.
