Steps to make Porridge pulao:
  1. Turn on gas take a pan add 1/2 tsp ghee and heat.
  2. Now add wheat porridge and stir constantly until it turns little brown in color.
  3. Roast the porridge on medium flame.
  4. Take out in a plate.
  5. In a same pan add 1 tsp ghee and heat, then add curry leaves, cumin seeds,asafoetida and wait till it crackels.
  6. Now add chopped onion and saute till pink in color.
  7. Then add chopped tomatoes,chilly ans saute till soft.
  8. Now add turmaric powder,salt,capsicum and saute.
  9. Now add roasted porridge and add 3 cups of water and mix cover it with lid and cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.
  10. After 30 minutes open the lid check the porridge if its soft then off the gas, and if not then cook for few more minutes.
  11. Immediately serve in a bowl garnish with chopped corinder leaves and enjoy.
