Steps to make Aloo tikki burger:
  1. Heat a pan. Add butter and green peas saute for 2 min. Add all powder spices and mix well. Add mashed potatoes. Soak poha and salt as per taste. Mix and combine all well and cook for another 1-2 min
  2. Turn off the gas. And let the mixture cool it down to the room temperature.
  3. Apply oil on your plam and shape it in big cylinder. Wrap the mixture in a foil paper tightly and set it in a fridge for 30 min.
  4. After 30 min. Take out and Slice 4 tikki and keep a side. Take a mixing bowl add maida. Cornflour backing powder salt and paper. Mix well and make a slurry by adding some water.
  5. Coat a tikki first with dry cornflour. Then dip in to the slurry. Final coat it with bread crumbs. Follow this step for all 4 tikki.
  6. Heat a oil and deep fry prepared tikki till golden brown.
  7. For burger assemble. Cut half the bun. Put one tikki. Then add cheese sliced. Tomato and Onion ring. Cover the bun. And serve your burger with french fries.
