- In a mixing bowl, take flour and maida.
- Now add salt and oil and knead it with water.
- Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Make a small size ball and roll it.
- Grease the chapathi with oil and sprinkle wheat flour over it.
- Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers. Stretch the pleated dough as much as possible.
- You can also add chilli flakes and aregano to it.
- Apply ghee and serve it with paneer or daal.
So it is a healthy one. This is really easy to make,but it take a bit of time…Usually we will be having regular chappati,but this one will be a change for that…I served it with.
