- Dry roast rava in medium flame till aromat do not brown. Cool completely.
- In a vessel add sugar water and boil till syrupy consistency. Add cardamom powder stir and keep aside.
- In a pan add ghee,milk and sugar. Boil and add rava stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook till milk is absorbed and holds shape.
- Cool slightly and knead 2 minutes to soft dough. Apply ghee on palm and roll into balls.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Drop into sugar syrup. Soak till doubles in size for 2 hours minimum. Enjoy!
