  4. Take an empty bowl and add the tomatoes, olives and the cheese. Toss in the boiled and drained vegetables and Fusilli. Empty the freshly chopped herbs and the spices mixture.
  5. Shake well and add the salad dressing by placing the hand high above the bowl and move the wrist in circles. Take a spatula or fork and mix everything well.
