- Coarsely grind oats and mix it with wheat flour, maize flour and gram flour.
- Add all the other dry ingredients along with mint, coriander and methi to this flour mixture and mix well.
- Add butter and grated cheese to the mixture and mix well with hands till you get a sand like consistency.
- Slowly add water and knead to get a smooth dough.
- Preheat your oven at 180°C for 10 mins. Make balls from the dough and roll out to get thin rotis.
- Cut into desired shapes. You may even use a cookie cutter here. Prick holes in the crackers with a fork so that don't puff up while baking.
