- Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions to make Sooji Gulab jamun:
- Heat 1/2tsp ghee in a pan add suji and roast till fragrant.
- Boil milk and add it to suji,cook it till nicely soft but no milk left in vessel, stir continue.
- Now remove it in a big plate.kepp it little cool. Add add powder sugar and mix well apply little ghee on palms and knead it for 10 -12 minutes till smooth.
- Make small balls and give oval shape to balls, be careful that there is no cracks on it.
- Heat water in a big vessel add sugar.When sugar dissolves add elaichi powder and lemon juice.Boil for another 2 minutes. cover lid to remain it hot.
- Take enough ghee ina kadhai,heat and deep fry the balls till golden brown in colour.fry on low flame.
- Now add balls in sugar syrup and cook for 10 minutes and than switch off the gas.keep gulab jamun in syrup for atleast 3-4 hours.
- At the time to serve garnish with pistachios and serve.
