  1. Wash and clean carrot and Chilli. Allow it to air dry. Take a big bowl cut them into same length.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of mustard powder, turmeric powder, salt, oil and lemon juice and mix everything. For 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour filled it into the pickle bottle and store in the fridge. This pickle can be store for 1 month in the fridge
  4. Note- if u don't remove seeds from chilli any problem while filling it remains at the bottom of the vessel or bottle. So enjoy and try this recipe.
