- Take 1" Ginger
- Prepare 2 pinch Hing
- Get 2 Chopped Tomato
- Take 1/2 cup Chopped coriander leaves
- Prepare 1 tsp Kasuri methi crushed
- Get 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- Make ready 1tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Garam masala
- Prepare to taste Salt

- Take 2 cup All purpose flour
- Get 1cup Curd
- Take 1 tsp Baking powder
- Prepare 2 pinch Baking soda
- Take 2 tsp Oil
- Get to tasteSalt
- Get 1 tsp Black til
- Get 2-3 tsp Butter
- Take 1-2 pinch Sugar
- Prepare 3-4 tsp Chopped coriander leaves

- Wash spinach and boil it
- Then grind spinach with green chilli
- Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds bey leaf both cardamon Cinnamons and fry it fr 2 mints
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry 1 mint more
- Now put boil basmati rice and grind spinach salt and all spices according to taste and fry nicely on medium flame

- Mash boil potatoes First and add cornflour Salt and 2pinch mirch powder and 2 pinch gram masala in it and make small small ball of it and deep fry all balls
- Grind onion garlic ginger and green chilli nicely
- Heat oil in Pan add cumin seeds bey leaf and 1-2pinch hing
- Now add grind onion paste and fry it till turn colour brown
- Add tomato paste and fry
- Fry it on medium flame fr 5-7 mimts
- Add all spices salt and kasturi methi and fry again for 3-4 mints
- Now pour one glass water in it mix well and let it boil
- After 2-3 mints put all fried potato balls and in it
- Cover it and cook… Be careful balls didn't break… Always check it
- Now at last add chopped coriander and let gravy thick
- Koftas properly cook and gravy turns thick off the flame
- Ready tasty potato kofta curry
- Method of Naan 👇
- Take all purpose flour pinch of sugar Salt baking powder soda oil and curd and make dough of it
- Give it rest for 20-30 mints
- Now Heat iron tava… Take a dough and roll it in oval shape
- Apply water on one side of naan properly
- Now put naan on tava frm water side to stick Nicely on it
- When bubles comes grish it wth butter sprinkle some black till and chopped coriander
- Then turn tava and roast naan directly on high flame
- Roast it nicely… Now ready to serve..
