Instructions to make White Khatta Dhokla:
  1. Wash & Soak the rice & black gram overnight & blend together in the morning then add curd to it. Note- Sour curd to be used
  2. Mix it so properly that no lumps are formed
  3. Add green chilli & ginger paste to it & keep it aside for 8-10 hours for fermenting
  4. After 8-10 hours when we check the paste it will look like it has blown up that means it is fermented
  5. Now we add salt & eno & mix it
  6. We cook this batter in a heavy bottom pan in an aluminium tin.
  7. Insert a knife to check whether it's cooked or not
  8. Cut it into pieces & garnish with red chillu flakes & dry roasted sesame seeds
  9. Serve hot/cold with Curry patta chutney / Green coriander Chutney
