  1. Heat the ghee in a nonstick pan.
  2. Add the cashews, saute until golden brown for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the raisins, toss for 30 seconds, take off heat, set aside the stir-fried dry fruits.
  4. In the same pan, add the lightly pounded green cardamom and the cloves, saute for a few seconds.
  5. Add the broken wheat / daliya and saute on low-medium heat until golden brown. Switch off the heat.
  6. Add the cold milk, mix briskly to avoid lumps.
  7. Put back on heat, stir and cook.
  8. Add the crumbled jaggery, mix and bring to a boil.
  9. Simmer and cook until the jaggery melts and the mixture turns slightly thick.
  10. Add to serving bowls, garnish with the stir-fried dry fruits, serve hot.
