- Later drain water. Grind wheat with fresh water and strain the liquid portion in a vessel.do till thick liquid can be squeezed from wheat(2 times is enough)
- Discard the wheat mass left after wheat milk is taken out
- Set aside the liquid. The thick portion will settle down and water will float. Discard that water.
- Now in a pan take water add oil and salt and bring it to boil. Can add cumin(optional) also
- Now add the thick wheat milk into boiling water and stir continuously.
- It will become thick. Cook for 5 mins.
- Ready to serve hot. Sprinkle some red chilli and cumin powder.
