- Grind shallots and garlic in blender into smooth fine paste. - - Heat oil in kadai add chopped dried red chillies. Add in the ground paste and fry for couple of minutes.
- Add chicken, curry leaves, coconut and turmeric now. Add enough salt and mix it. - - Reduce the flame to low and keep cooking the chicken for 40-45 minutes. Once chicken absorbs all the gravy and roast nicely, adjust the salt and switch off the flame.
- Chicken should slightly changed the colour and looks like fried a bit. This is correct consistency. - - Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. Yummy Tummy..
