- Dough ka sara saman ready kar lein sub cheezein room temperature par hon bus milk nem garam hona chaye
- Mede main tamam ingredient mix krein aur nem gram dhod sy soft dough ready kar lein
- Dough ready kar ke cover kar ke kesi garam jagah par 2 sy 3 hour ke liye rakh dein
- 3 hour ke baad dough dabble ho jaye gi aub naan ke liye dough ready hai
- Naan ki filling ke liye sub ingredients ek jagah kar lein
- Aub filling ready krein 10 min lage gay filling ready krne ke liye
- 4 tbsp oil garam kar ke chopped onion add krein 2 min pakain aur soft kar lein
- Zera dalein 1 min pakain
- Chopped green chilies add krein halka sa mix krein
- Salt. Red chilli flakes, Tarmiric, garam masala, kutta dhanya add krein ek min pakain
- Potato mash kar ke add krein ache sy mix krein
- Hara dhanya aur lemon juice add kar ke mix krein aur flem off kar dein aur allu ke thanda hone ke liye rakh dein
- Aub ready dough ke hath sy ek bar par set krein aur thore bare peray bana lein peray bana kar cover kar ke 5 min rest dein
- Aub dough ko hath sy pehla lein
- Aub beech main allu ki filling rakhein
- Kinaron par gela hath laga kar pera fold kar lein aur 5 min rest dein
- Aub naan ko hath sy pehla kar bara kar lein aur ungliyun sy nishan bana lein oper thore allu nazar and chahye aur kalonji, till dal dein aur thora ghee bhi laga dein
- Slow flame par naan ko tawe par pakain ek side 5 min le gi
- Nechay ho jaye tu palat dein maxed 5 min pakain flem slow hi ho
- Total time 1 naan ke ready kar ne ke liye 8 sy 10 min hai
- Raite aur chutney ke sath enjoy krein
