- Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashewnuts. Soak Melon seeds in a water for 1/2hr.
- In same pan saute chopped green chilli ginger and garlic. Add chopped onion salt saute till it brown and transparent. Add chopped tomatoes cover the lid cook till tomatoes r soft. Saute properly. Let it cool.
- Now take melon seeds in a mixie jar add fennel seeds and javintri (mace)and make smooth paste add 2-3tbsp. Water churn again. and take in a bowl. Now make a smooth paste of onion tomato mixture.
- Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds star bay leaf red chilli saute add ginger chilli garlic paste onion tomato puree turmeric powder kashmiri red chilli powder saute add 1/4 cup water. Mix well and cover the lid 3-4min. Now add melon seeds puree mix well and add cashewnuts mix well add 1/4 cup water stir and cover the lid.Cook for 5min till oil release on slow flame. Put butter mix well And serve hot.Garnish with roasted cashewnuts.
- For Naan:-Mix all ingredients except black sessme seeds and coriandar. and knead a dough. And cover leave for 15min. Now make a mid. Size balls from dough and sprinkle sessme seeds and chopped coriander. And roll.Apply water on back side of naan and put on tawa. Upper side Roast on a flame. Naan is ready serve with butter.
