  2. Make ready 4/5 tsp besan

  6. Prepare 2/3 green chilli paste
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  9. Get 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Get as required Bread crump for coating
  12. Get as needed Oil for frying
  13. Get 5/6 hard boiled eggs
  14. Get 1 cup Green coriander chopped
  15. Prepare 8-10 Mint leaves
Steps to make Nargisi kabab:
  1. Take chicken mince and in the food processor grind it once again.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, onions, red chilli powder, green chilli, green coriander, turmeric, besan, garam masala powder, egg, mint leaves to minced meat and grind finely twice.
  3. Boil egg and peel off. Refrigerate the mince mixture for around 30 min.
  4. Cover boiled eggs with mince with oily hands. Store mince-covered eggs in fridge
  5. Roll the eggs in bread crumbs. Heat oil and fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  6. Remove on paper napkin and cut it in half.
  7. Serve with sauce or green chutney. You cAn also serve it with gravy as kofta curry.
