- Now make a small dough make a small size smooth ball. (balls become double in size afterwards) - - take a thick bottom pan add Oil and let it warm at med high flame.
- When oil become hot turn flame at med low and put balls one by one dont over crowded the pan.. - - after putting ball in oil shake the pot slowly with handle for even colour dont use spoon.
- When ball become gulabi in colour take them out from oil carefully and bring at room temp then add in sugar water (sheera). After putting balls in sugar water cook for 10 mins in very low flame. After 10 mins turn off the flame and Let balls soaked in sugar water for atleast 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with pistachio and serve.
