I guess I got into this Paratha routine when I was living in Delhi and used to eat a Paratha almost everyday!

- Take a bowl, add mashed potatoes, salt, chilli flacks, black pepper, cumin, coriander powder,
- Chopped onions, fresh coriander and green chilli and mix throughly.
- Take Naan dough and divide in 6 equal portions. Take 1 portion and spread with hands.
- Add some potatoes filling and make it ball again.
- Roll it with the help of rolling pin.
- Make holes with the help of anything with the rounded bottom.
- Apply some milk and saseme seeds on top.
- Then flip it and apply some water.
- Heat up the tawa then flip it out, take Naan and place it on the warm tawa.
- And cook for 10 seconds. Then keep the flame on medium high and turn the tawa upside down and cook from top side.
- Naan is ready, remove from tawa.
- And apply desi ghee on top.
- Serve with raita. Enjoy.
