Instructions to make Gajar ki kheer:
  1. Boil 1 litre whole milk.wash and soak rice in water for 1/2 hr.
  2. Wash and peel carrots. Then grate the carrots with help of grater.
  3. Keep milk on stove. Add soaked rice and grated carrot,cardamom seeds let it cook on slow-medium heat till the rice and carrots are soft. Keep stirring in mbetween to avoid sticking.when carrots are soft add sugar. And cook for some time till the milk is getting thickened. If u like to add cream.add at this point.taste sugar & adjust to need.
  4. When it comes to sticky texture. Turn off heat. Take out in a bowl and keep in fridge. You can serve hot or cold as your taste. Garnish with chop pistachio & almonds
