- Knead gulab jamun mix powder (I prefer MTR) by adding milk spoon by spoon. You can even use water, but milk gives you better results. Apply ghee/oil on your palm and take a small small portion of dough and make a round ball like shape jamuns
- Mean while mix water and sugar with cardamon in it and bring it to boil.. keep it on stove for 10 mins on medium flame and turn it off.
- Deep fry jamuns on a low flame till it's golden brown.
- Put jamuns into a hot sugar syrup and let it absorb it. Let it cool.
- Melt chocolate on a double boiler.
- Place jamuns on a grill, pour melted chocolate over it. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over it.
