- Take 1 cup soaked wheat

- Heat a pan add ghee put the cashew & raisin saute for a min. Then add roughly ground wheat saute for 1-2 mints.
- Nicely cook.
- Pour the boiled milk, mix it well.
- Heat a pan add jaggery& water, to melt the jaggery. Soak the saffron with hot milk.
- Pour the saffron milk with boiled kheer.
- Whenever the kheer is nicely cooked pour the melted jaggery, mix it well.
- Add green cardamom.
- Wheat kheer is ready to serve.
- Cool it & garnish with pistachio & saffron serve it.
