  4. Take 1 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)

  6. Get 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard Powder (Pili Sarson)

Instructions to make Instant Green Chilli pickle:
  1. Take green chillies wash them well, and make slit on them. Then take a thick bottom wok keep flame on low medium put oil in it. Once oil get heat put asafoetida fennel seeds whole black mustard seeds and then put chillies in it and stir it for 2 - 3 min.
  2. Then put yellow mustard powder & black mustard powder and stir it nicely. Now slow down the flame, put lemon juice and cover it wit a lid, then cook it for 2 - 3 min and switch off the flame. Now it's ready to serve.
