- Take as required Chaat Masala - for sprinkle

- Make ready as required Green Corinder
- Prepare 1 Finely chopped Onions
- Get For Serving
- Prepare As required Green Chutney
- Make ready As required Tomato Sauce

Instructions to make Bombay Masala Sandwich:
- For Stuffing: Heat a Pan….put oil as oil gets warm add Mustard Seeds, cumin Seeds, curry Leaves, green Chilli and cook for a minute.
- Then Add turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, chaat masala, amchur and salt…mix well with the spices then add Coriander Leaves. Stuffing is Ready.
- Now take a Bread slice apply Butter then apply Green chutney and spread masala aloo evenly onto the bread….now arrange capsicum Rings, Onion Rings, Tomato Rings and Cucumber Slices and sprinkle a little Chaat Masala and 0 no. Namkeen
- Now evenly apply Tomato Sauce to another bread slice and cover the Sandwich with this Slice.
- Heat the Tawa, Put Some butter and toast the Sandwich from both the Sides till it turns Golden and Crisp.
- Now Cut them into Square pieces aur triangles.
- Garnish with Sev, Finely Chopped Onions,Green Coriander and Ketchup.
