- Once you have suated that for 5 minutes add the garlic ginger paste and saute for 2 minutes
- Now add salt and stir well for 5 minutes
- Add a cup of water and let it boil then simmer it for 20 minutes
- Now add the chopped gourd and simmer it for another 15 minutes
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with hot chapati or white rice
