  6. Turn the heat off once the sauce is nearly gone.
  7. Transfer to a plate and garnish with the radish sprouts.

Avoid vegetables like potatoes, winter squash, carrots, corn on the cob and sweet potatoes unless you precook them a bit first. Once those go in, get the broccoli ready. To easily skin the drumsticks, use a paper towel to grab an edge of the skin on the fat end, then pull down. I used chopped raw shrimp but you could use chicken, pork, steak, or tofu.
