  1. boil the liver and the pork until it softens
  2. when cooked well,chopped it thinly then marinate it with soy sauce,Worcestershire sauce,salt and pepper.
  3. in a big pot,clean the rice well.add water about an inch rise above it.add the food color and shrimp broth.
  4. add all ingredients to the rice except the mussels.mix well.
  5. layer it evenly then place the mussel on top.
  6. cook it like how u cook with white rice.Like when the water subsides,put the fire on low heat until.it cooks.
  7. serve with cut boiled egg on top.Enjoy!
