- Dust the rolling surface with dry flour and roll the dough with rolling pin.
- Put garlic and give first turn and then second turn.
- Now roll again with rolling pin and apply 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves on top and roll again so it can stick on naan.
- Grease the tandoor tray put the garlic nanna in pre heat tandoor. Close the lid.
- Put in tandoor on lower mode for - 2 minutes. And then in upper mode for 2 minutes.
- Open the lid take out the naan, apply butter.
- Your garlic naan is ready.
