  1. Prepare 1 cup Roasted Sooji
  2. Get 2 cup Milk
  3. Prepare 20 gm Milk powder

  7. Get 1/2 tsp elachi(cardamom) powder

  1. For Syrup:- Take a pan add water, sugar boil it add kesar, elachi powder boil 5-7 mins.
  2. For Gulab jamun balls:- Take a pan add ghee then milk stir well 2 seconds add Milk powder(i used everyday),1spn sugar boil for 5mins. Then add roasted Suji and continue stir well no lumbs will comes. Mix till the batter turns thick.
  3. Then mix like making dough with the help of hand. Then make a balls. Fry balls brownish colour.
