- Get 2 bgs. Southwest Hashbrown (not frozen)
- Make ready 1 1/2 lb Bacon cut 1" pieces (fry medium doneness)

- Prepare 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- Get 1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt

- In a casserole dish, put hashbrown mix in with seasoning and bacon. Stir together.
- Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes, covered. Stir.
- Place back in oven for another 30 minutes covered.
- Take out and with a large spoon, make 6 egg indentations.
- Place eggs in each indentation.
- Preheat @ 425 for 25 minutes, uncovered.
- Add cheese of your choice and bake again til cheese is melted.
