  16. Prepare 1 tbsp Jeera
  17. Get 1 tsp Dhania / coriander Seeds
  18. Make ready 1 tbsp Saunf / fennel seeds
  19. Make ready 1 Dry Red Chilli

  1. Bhaja Moshla - Dry roast jeera, dhania seeds, saunf and dry red chilli on low flame for 2 to 3 mins. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Transfer to the mixer grinder jar and grind to the fine powder. Bhaja Moshla is ready. You can store this powder in an airtight container and use whenever required.
  2. Take boiled diced potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add boiled white motor and sprouted chhola. Mix all.
  3. Now add onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and green coriander leaves.
  4. Add lemon juice. Squeeze tamarind pupl and strain and add tamarind water to the mixture.
  5. Finally add salt, black salt and bhaja moshla. Toss everything very well. Add jhuri bhaja and again mix well.
  6. Transfer to the serving plate or bowl, garnish with jhuri bhaja and serve.
