  5. Pour in your blended tomatoes in a clean pot.. cook till the water dry off..
  6. Put a dry pot on fire.. pour the desire quantity of your vegetable oil.. slice onion and put in to pot.. pour in your cooked blended tomatoes and stir for 2min.. add your tomatoes paste and stir..
  7. Pour in your cooked chicken into the tomatoes pot.. stir and allow to cook for 3min..
  8. Pour in your stew little by little into the rice.. add water and put rice back on fire..
  9. Allow rice to cook till the water dry off..
  10. Rice is ready

For an extra special and authentic touch, serve jollof rice with fried. This version of jollof rice adds chicken for a filling dinner that cooks all in one pan. Add the tomato passata and half the stock. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and cook.
