- Soak rice in water and chop the veggies in bite size pieces.
- Heat oil in the pan. Add all the whole spices and fry it for a minute. Add onion and fry it.

- Add curd and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add soaked rice and saute on medium flame.
- Add 5 glasses of water and let the rice cook.
- When water is almost absorbed then add chopped coriander and garam masala powder and lower the flame and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
