- Soak Chana in water with baking soda for 2_3 hrs
- Than drain all water from Chana and boil in plain water with salt till they become soft. And keep a side
- Make thick better of gram flour with salt, red chilli and baking soda and fry phulki in heated oil.
- Soak phulki in water for 5 minutes and take out by squeezing all the water from them and keep a side.
- Now cut onion, tomato, coriander and green chillies and keep a side
- Whisk yogurt and keep a side
- Take a big bowl and add Chana into it. Add imli ki khatti chutney and mix with them.
- Now add phulki and yogurt and mix gently.
- Now add chat masala and half of chopped veggies. Mix
- Now on top add rest of veggies, drizzle green chutney, khatti meethi chutney and add papri on top. I did not hv so I did not use it
