- Combine Salmon flakes, Egg crumbs, Toasted Sesame Seeds and Toasted Nori.
Note: baking time depends on the thickness of the salmon fillets. ⑥ Remove from the oven and and sprinkle the fillets with a little bit more furikake powder. Lightly grease a baking pan with cooking oil or cooking spray. In a bowl, combine wasabi and mayonnaise and mix well. Spread mayonnaise wasabi mixture over the salmon - enough to cover the entire fish. Rub salmon filets with soy sauce.
