  2. Heat Cooker. Add 2 tsp ghee, cumin seeds. once cumin seeds start to crackle add chopped cabbage, Capsicum, green peas. saute, chopped french beans and chopped carrots Saute for few minute and mix on high flame Add red chilli powder, little garam masala and Haldi powder..
  3. ..Add salt and mix well. Add soaked rice, salt and mix well.Add enough water to cook the rice.
  4. Serve hot with soup or dahi.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well.Now close the lid of the cooker and cook the rice till 3-4 whistles.Off the flame.
