- Soak daal and rice for 6 hrs. After that grind it to a paste. Add curd and let it ferment for atleast 6 hrs. Add salt sugar ginger-garlic-chilli paste and mix it well.
- Grease plate with oil. Fill it with better. Sprinkle carrom seeds and chilli powder and keep it in steamer to cook for 15 mins.
- After it gets cool cut it into pieces. Prepare tempring of mustard seeds and sesame seeds and pour over all dhoklas
