  4. Add seasoning,brown sauce ..stir to mix,lower heat..let it simmer until pork and vegetables are soft approximately 45 mins,bring out big chunk of potato to mash and add back to soup to make it thick ,before done add butter ,stir and heat off
  5. When curry almost done ,fry pork in nonstick pan ..(seasoning, coat with flour,dip in eggs ,coat with bread crumb ) until golden
