  2. Take 2 smashed boiled potato

  7. Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  15. Prepare 1/2 cup flour
  16. Make ready 1 cup breadcrumb
  17. Get 2 cup mustard oil for frying

Steps to make Egg Devil:
  1. Place a kadai on high flame, add two tbsp of oil and let it warm.
  2. Add chopped onions into it and cook until it turns golden brown.Now add turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste and stir well.
  3. Add the minced chicken,cumin powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and garam masala powder,adjust salt to taste and mix well. Keep frying till the chicken becomes tender. Cook until the chicken done completely.
  4. Now add mashed boiled potatoes and coriander leaves into it and mix well.
  5. Mix everything evenly and nicely. When done switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  6. In the meantime halve the hard boiled eggs and prepare the egg batter by beating the row egg in a separate bowl,add salt and black pepper powder into it and mix well.
  7. Now cover the plain surface of the eggs with the chicken mixture in the shape of a full egg.
  8. Now take breadcrumbs and flour in two separate bowls.Coat the devils with flour,then dip in the egg batter and then finally coat them in breadcrumb.
  9. Rest the coated devils in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  10. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the egg devils until they turn golden.
  11. Serve hot with salad and tomato sauce.
