  1. Prepare 1/2 kg Milk powder
  2. Prepare 2 cups ghee
  3. Take 1 baking soda
  4. Prepare 1 kg sugar
  5. Prepare 1/2 kg water
  6. Take Some oil for frying
Steps to make Gulab Jamun:
  1. Mix sugar, water and boil it nicely.
  2. Heat ghee, mix it in milk powder and now add soda also.
  3. Add some water and ice rest it for 1/2 hrs.
  4. Now drain all water mix milk powder mixture nicley with hands and make small balls.
  5. Now heat oil in kadhai and deep fry it in a low flame, when the colour changes in brown put all gulab jamuns in chashni.
