  4. Now add boiled moth dal in it and give it a good mix. Saute for 2 minutes and add 1 cup of hot water.
  5. Cook well and add fresh cream, slices eggs and chopped coriander. Switch off the gas and add 1 tbsp ghee, put a lid and give it standing time.
  6. Serve moth dal egg tadka with naan, roti or paratha.
