The ingredients needed to make Mint Tzatziki:
  1. Make ready 1 cup hung curd/ yoghurt
  2. Prepare 1 grated cucumber
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. Take to taste Salt & black pepper
  6. Get For garnish:
  7. Take 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
  8. Get leaves Finely chopped fresh mint
  9. Make ready as required Olive oil
Steps to make Mint Tzatziki:
  1. Peel and chopped cucumber into half. Scrap out middle seeds part.
  2. Grate and 1/2 tsp salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, squeeze out water from grated cucumber.
  3. In mixing bowl add hung curd,grated/ squeezed cucumber, finely chopped fresh mint leaves,salt and pepper to taste, olive oil. Mix & whisk well to make smooth mixture.
  4. Pour in serving bowl. Garnish with red chilli flakes. Drizzle all over with olive oil, sprinkle finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Serve/ Relish Delicious Mint Tzatziki Dip with pita bread or french fries.
