- First wash and boiled the dal.
- Chopped onion,green chilli,garlic,ginger,tomato and green coriander leaves.
- Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and dry red chilli and roast it.
- Now add chopped onion and ginger and saute it.
- Add chopped ginger,green chilli,chopped tomatoes and spices and saute till leave the oil.
- After saute add boiled dal and little water in it and cook on low flame for 10 minute.
- After 10 minute add garam masala and mix well.add chopped green coriander and serve with tawa roti.
