- Rinse the poha and keep aside
- Heat the oil in a deep pan which can hold all the veggies and poha
- When the oil is warm, add the jeera and saute.
- After a minute of sauteing the jeera add haldi and hing and saute for 3 to 4 minutes till it's fragrant
- Add chili, onions, beans, and carrots to the pot and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add potato and saute for 5 minutes.
- Continue sauteing till the veggies are all tender.
- Add poha and stir till thoroughly mixed with veggies.
- Turn off heat, squeeze juice of lemon, the chopped cilantro, and pinch of sugar and stir one more time. Serve hot.
