Then take a pressure cooker heat it and put the dry Dal in it.saute for 4-5 minutes when the aroma comes. add 2 cup water, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp salt,red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder,bay leaf and cover it.cook till three whistle come and turn off the flame.release the pressure naturally.
  2. Take a pan put the oil heat it then add cumin seeds when it crackles add onion and saute add dry red chilli,curry leaves and saute for 2 minutes. Then add Ginger garlic paste, saute one minute then add tomatoes and little salt cover and cook untill tomatoes become soft.
  3. When tomatoes cooked well add the cook Dal mix well. When one boil comes add cumin powder and garam masala powder. Check the salt and adjust it.cover the Dal and cooked for 5-6 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add chopped coriander.mix well.keep in a bowl and make cookpad logo with help of coriander leaves and cream.
