Instructions to make Anguri dal tadka with Jeera rice:
- For making Jeera rice take a kadhai and add ghee and Jeera to it, after that add rice, salt and water to it. Then cover it with a lid and cook it for 10 minutes at low flame.
- Now for making angur take ½ cup soaked mix lentil and crush it in a mixer grinder. Now add ginger garlic chilli paste, salt and mix it well. Now heat oil in Kadhai and put small angur on it and fry them.
- Now boil the mixed lentil in cooker adding turmeric and salt.
- Take pan add ghee to it.then add Jeera, asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger garlic chilli paste, chopped onion and saute it well.
- After that add tomato and other masala to it.
- Now add boiled and mashed dal and add angur. Add water as needed and cover it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now again for the tadka take a tadka bowl, add ghee after the ghee melts add Jeera, asafoetida, dry red chilli and pour the tadka on dal.
- Now anguri dal tadka is ready to serve with Jeera rice.
