  1. Prepare 1 cup chana dal
  2. Make ready 3 chopped tomatoes

  1. First soak dal for half and hour and then boil the dal while boiling add salt and haldi
  2. After 4 to 5 whistle close the flame and in other pan for Tadka add ghee, jira,and green chillies (optional) then add chopped tomatoes along red chilli pow and maggi masala small pkt
  3. Cook the masala nicely and then add boil dal in it and cover it with lid and cook for at least 15 to 20 minutes in slow flame and as your dal is ready garnish it with coriander leaves
